The Dance with me Henry team, invite you to a FREE launch event on Saturday the 28th April from 7.30pm until 11.pm at The Guildhall, Bore Street Lichfield.
The launch event is a chance to find out all about Lindy Hop and give it a try. The event will include live performances from professional Lindy Hop dancers, a taster class so you have a go at the first basic moves and a live swing DJ playing after the class so you can practice your steps. There will be tea in proper teacups, a fully stocked bar, a cupcake stall and vintage-inspired crafts on sale from some very talented local artists. There is no need to bring a partner, just some shoes to dance in, smile on your face and a swing in your step. We are encouraging you to dress to impress too!
There will be a chance to sign up to the weekly classes at the launch night and if you do, we will give you your first class for free!
The beginners classes will be held at The Guildhall in Lichfield from 7pm-8pm on the following Wednesday evenings and will cost £5 per person.
May 2nd, 16th, 30th
June 6th, 13th, 20th
July 4th, 11th, 18th
There is no need to bring a partner to the classes just shoes to dance in and a bottle of water.
