Sajja Records – helping local talent develop

We are delighted to announce that the collective has received funding that will allow a new string to be added to the SA bow.  Sajja records was launched in April and is an independent record label promoting the work of local musicians and bands.

The Sajja Arts who were responsible for the ‘Class Act’ music project that inspired a whole host of Lichfield musicians are very excited at the prospect of being able to offer such opportunities to young bands and musicians in the area. Class Act was set such a popular music project that helped young people realise their potential in music and go onto bigger and better things within the music industry.

Sajja Arts’s Director John Percival explained ‘that this is a fantastic opportunity for young musicians to get there music out there.  We are really looking forward to working with some new musicians. We have worked with a number of young musicians and placed them in bands to develop original songs.’

Sajja Records is a great way of getting your songs played so why not send us an mp3 to to getcreative@sajja.org.uk along with a biography about you or your band.
